Ultra Pro International LLC and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at ultrafolders.com, you accept these conditions. Please read and review our Privacy Policy and Legal Information posted on this site carefully. We reserve the right to update or modify our terms and conditions at any time without notice to you.

USER RESPONSIBILITY

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Ultra Pro and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND PRICING

Ultra Pro and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Ultra Pro does not warrant that product descriptions, pricing or other content of this site are complete, or error-free. We will send a product sample free of charge by USPS or UPS ground if requested prior to ordering. All prices on our website are shown in US dollar amounts. Ultra Pro reserves the right to change pricing for any product, at any time, without notice. Orders confirmed and pending at time of price change will be billed at the price listed on our website at time of order.

CHANGE OR CANCELLATION POLICY

Please contact us at custserv@ultrafolders.com immediately with your request. Cancellation after work has begun will require payment for work performed and material. Your costs will be limited to the costs incurred at the time you cancel your order. If your order is already in production, we cannot guarantee we can stop or change it. If production has already begun you will be charged the original amount quoted for your order however, we will make every attempt to cease production in a manner which would save as much expense as possible. We will keep you notified of any charges that will be incurred in these instances.

ORDER PROCESSING

We cannot begin processing your order until we received credit card authorization, wire or ACH transaction, or your account terms has been approved by our credit department. Customized orders also require customers “Proof Approval” before processing can commence. We will notify you by email if there are any delays due to these circumstances. Ultra PRO is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays therefore, these dates are not considered when calculating processing time. Typically we ship orders within 3 to 5 working days after payment authorization and “Proof Approval” for customized orders. Please let us know if you have a special delivery date requirement. We do not guarantee deliveries however; we will attempt to schedule our production in order to expedite your request when and if possible. CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS AND DESIGN PROOFS

There is a one-time plate charge of $ 50.00 for each customized design you create. Ultrafolders.com does not edit or make changes to customer designs. We provide customers an online and downloadable proof which shows reasonable likeness to the final printed product. Customers can approve on-line or download the proof. We must have your “Proof Approval” before we can begin processing your order. Once created, we store your customized design plates free of charge for future orders. There is no plate charge if re-using an existing plate provided there are no text or alignment changes. Any other changes will require a new plate and will be charged accordingly. We safely store all plates for 24 months. At that point if we have not received a written request for return, materials are recycled without notice.

SALES TAX

Ultra Pro is required by law to collect all applicable sales tax for any state, counties and cities in which we have associates or affiliates. We currently charge sales tax on orders shipped to California and Indiana however we reserve the right to change our sales tax policy at any time, in accordance with sales tax laws. Schools or Organizations who are exempt from sales tax are required to provide us with a resale certificate number for verification at time of registering on ultra folders website. We will send confirmation of your resale status to the email address provided during registration.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following payment options:

  • Credit Card (with Pay Pal Express)
  • Bank Wire or ACH Transaction
  • Account terms (Requires submission of signed credit application with Bank & Trade references)

ACCOUNT TERM CREDIT POLICY

A credit check will be performed after receipt of your signed credit application. Pending orders will be temporarily placed on hold until your request has been reviewed. We will notify you of your approved credit limit or reason for decline as soon as possible. There are conditions under which customers with pre-qualified account terms may be placed on credit hold:

  • If your account is over 30 days past due
  • If a check is returned for Non- Sufficient Funds
  • If the combined amount of multiple orders exceeds your approved credit limit
  • • Ultra PRO reserves the right to revoke or refuse credit terms at any time, for any reason

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A copy of each invoice is rendered each time a purchase is made. Invoices are due within 30 days of invoice date. Accounts which are 30 days or more past due are subject to a late fee. Should this account be referred to an outside agency or attorney for collection, customer may be required to pay all legal fees and costs incurred by Ultra PRO. The place of venue for any and all collection activity shall be in Los Angeles, California, according to the laws of the State of California.

SHIPPING COSTS AND POLICY

The customer is solely responsible for paying for all shipping costs related to their order. All orders are shipped UPS. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. UPS does not accept PO Boxes however APO/ FPO are accepted. Our online freight calculator will compare and provide rates for Ground, 3-day select, 2- day, and Next day air methods and you will be requested to select from one of these options. There is no weekend service for Second or Next Day delivery options therefore, a package shipped Next day air on Friday will not arrive until Monday. ultrafolders.com accepts no responsibility for delays caused by UPS, weather, unforeseen acts of nature, or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a delivery on time.

RETURN POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact Customer Service at 844-365-3371 or email us at custserv@ultrafolders.com ORDERS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. To be granted a full product refund or credit for any reason you must contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Your items must be in new condition with original packaging. We do not accept returns on customized folders unless damaged, defective, or misprinted. We reserve the right to request evidence of damage or defect at the discretion of our Quality Team. Before returning any merchandise, you must contact our customer service department to receive a Return Authorization (RA), appropriate shipping address and other instructions will be given at that time. Credit will be posted to your account or a refund issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned materials.

DAMAGED/ LOST GOODS IN TRANSIT

If items are damaged or lost in transit, the liability is that of the carrier and not ultrafolders.com. If excessive damage is visible on the shipping cartons, the packing slip or shipper bill of lading should be signed “Received Damaged”or “Received Short” if any boxes are missing. It is important to inspect all material upon delivery. Cartons may be opened to inspect contents but do not dispose of damaged product or its carton. A claim must be filed with the carrier within 7 to 10 days after receipt of merchandise. Please contact us immediately for assistance if you have received damaged merchandise. All other claims must be made within 30 days of delivery.

OVERAGES & SHORTAGES

We try to produce your order in the exact quantity ordered but this is not always possible due to custom manufacturing and quality control efforts. Per industry standards, we reserve the right to ship and subsequently bill or credit your charge card or account for up to 10% over or under the quantity ordered.
